Thread: Wake up 5.30am daily!

I have the same problem. For about 3 weeks Kaja has woken between 4 and 5 every morning and is ready to start the day. (im so not at that time of morning) I have tried to give her milk then back to bed but she screams, i tried toys and i tried to bring her in bed with me but she is just wide awake. She goes to bed at 8pm and has one nap around lunch time. I have no idea what to do either.

I hope somebody could give us suggestion. Please please please. I am just getting tired by waking up too early (eventhough i always awake by 6am daily).

You could try to adjust the time by 15-30 minutes. See if that helps. I would give it a try for at least a week to make sure it works or not.

I try tonight.she just fall a sleep at 7.30pm. Hope its work.

I hope that it worked. Could she be waking up because she is hungry?

My kids are just early risers. They never sleep past 6am. Josh is usually up between 5 - 5.30 and Dan shortly after. I've tried putting them to bed later but they just wake up the same time and are grumpy all day because they are tired.

I've just accepted this fact now and go to bed half hour earlier myself to try and catch up on a bit of sleep lol.

I am not sure.i gave her bottle but she only drink like 2oz.then she will play and cry if i completely ignore her.
