Maybe your doc would recommend a maternity belt that would help with the pains.

So sorry you are having this pain! I had a pinched nerve once and it was miserable so I can only imagine what you are going through. I hope something brings you some relief soon!

definatley check into it, i got mine from my physiotherapist, was the absolute best thing, helped lift my bump and support it, before the belt i couldn't walk i was in so much pain, i also found that after awhile i didn't need to wear it all the time, i would encourage you, go and get one.

Definitely checking into this! sounds like something I need since my bump is so darn low! I guess she won't have all that far to travel on D day, so that's a plus lol!

I remember having a low bump with my second second pregnancy which is why i used the belt and he came a week and a half early, so maybe there is something in it lol. He arrived in 12 hours, from start of contractions to delivery, not my quickest, but not my longest either. Hopefully baby will have a shuffle around and you will be a bit more comfortable (if that's possible) in a few weeks.

ha yeah I'm hoping she moves on up. If not oh well it's all worth it for sure! I'm learning how to cope with it!

Ah I had bad SPD during my pregnancy with Camden, and the crappy part is it didn't go away instantly after delivery, actually worse before better...took a few weeks. Maybe the pregnancy belt will help.
