    Default The Rainbow Fairy Buns :-D

    I had to share with you ladies because I thought that it was hillarious. Darren and I went to Greggs (bakery) this afternoon for a sandwich for lunch. We had Billy and Addison with us, Matthew was at school. I told Darren what sandwich I wanted and he ordered mine and his, then I said I'll have that bun there and pointed to one (I know I know, but I'm getting a wii fit board in a few days so I'm allowed ). I also pointed to a cupcake full of sprinkles and told him to get two for the boys. So he asks this young man (like mid 20s) if he can also have 2 Rainbow Fairy Buns in this really uncomfortable small voice (obviously not very manly sounding treats ). The guy started to bag them up and was smirking a little so I said to him, "My Darren. He loves his Rainbow Fairy Buns". Darren blushed and the man was laughing his head off - he gave me the change and said laughing I think that you might be in trouble. I could not stop laughing. Darren laughed a little, but he didn't think it was as funny

    Maybe you had to be there, but I am still laughing now as I think about it whilst typing, I hope it made you smile


    PS The bun was but now I will have to get some

    Thanks for sharing this - this really made me smile! I can just picture you leaning in and say that about "your Darren"....I wish you could have actually video taped this. I just can't even picture my hubby saying Rainbow Fairy buns at ALL!
