    Default Inconsiderate jerk sometimes!

    I really really really really REALLY shouldnt be surprised though! i mean i expected it but I didnt expect him to be THIS clueless!

    After being IGNORED all day.. I dont know how we got on teh subject (Dh brought it up) but i said something about celebrating mothers day and he said," I dont have a mother. my mothers dead. So why the hell would I celebrate mothers day?" I looked at him and said,"your kidding me right?" he said "no. your kids told you happy mothers day.. my moms dead what do you want me to do" I was like WTF? Seriously? I told him,"there is so much more to it than that.. you dont get it do you.. My friends told me happy mothers day, my mom often buys my sister and I something for mothers day. My sister buys me a card and I call her and tell her happy mothers day.I buy my grandmothers gifts! Its not just about YOUR mother. It's about ALL MOTHERS!! Being a mom is special!" he said,"well I didnt know that" and im betting the way he grew up.. HE DIDNT! However! We have been together almost 10 years and he hasnt learned a damn thing???????????????

    Was it recent that his mum died, maybe he was just feeling sad and took it out in you.

    DH was like "why do I have to call my mom?" I was like "ummm... it's mother's day"... and "JUST CALL YOUR DAMN MOTHER!!!"

    He took me out to lunch and let me sleep in a little but that's about it, I bought myself a few summer cool dresses for when I'm not pregnant anymore.

    Guys are clueless sometimes, can't expect much from them!
