Hi guys![]()
Re: Jamine Tea benefits for TTCing
This was suppose to be in this 'General' section but oh well. Here's my post by 2![]()
Well, I read a month ago someone drank Green Tea a lot and it benefited them in TTCing so that's partly why I purchased some today at the supermarket. I bought Jasmine Tea (green tea) and I love it! Apparently it made this womans body produce my CM. No, I'm not having any trouble in that department but I think it wouldn't hurt pus Jasmine Tea is full of antioxidants and cleanses the body as well as other stuff that's good for you. Anybody got anything else I might be interested to know about Green Tea?
Take care!

Jasmine oil A uterine stimulant best reserved for childbirth to ease labour.
That's all it says on 'Jasmine Oil' not Jasmine Tea...

Well here it is - not going to drink much green tea I guess now after reading this!
According to the Natural Medicines Comprehensive Database, green tea is possibly unsafe when used orally in large amount because it contains caffeine. It is recommended that pregnant mothers closely monitor their intake of green tea to ensure moderate consumption. Some evidence suggests that high doses of caffeine might be associated with premature delivery, low birth weight, and loss of the fetus.
Thanks Andrea for making me aware!!
