    Exclamation Ovulation-help!!

    I hope someone can answer my question. If you use opk, find your LH surge, have symptoms such as cramps, ewcm, does it mean you are ovulating for sure or you still might have an anovulatory cycle?
    I’m asking you this because I use opk and have the symptoms but I’m still afraid that I have anovulatory cyle. How can you recognize anovulatory cycles?

    Hi, Lynn.
    With the symptoms you describe, it sure sounds like you are ovulating! There is still a very small possibility of an anovulatory cycle, though. If you chart your Basal Body Temperature throughout the month, it can confirm ovulation for you.

    I agree with Elleth. It sounds to me that you are ovulating. Now, if you had one with out the other, maybe so, but it seems like you have more than one ovulation symptom.
