i found that vit B helped with my morning sickness so i was able to keep food down.
I too didnt really want to eat, but i made myself eat. even simple things such as toast, and baked potatoes. things that didnt havemuch flavour (i couldnt handle it) but had some nutritional value.
its worth making yourself eat something just to make sure you've got the energyto make it thru the day and to give you rbaby something as well.
