I think you should just try to relax (easier said then done) and not try to think about it so much. The mind can be quite tricky and play games on you if you start thinking that your pregnant. And it can even cause AF to be late if you stress out so much therefore adding more confusion to the mind and body. So just sit tight and wait till af time to come arrives and take it from there!!
