    Default What is a chemical pregnancy?

    I have heard this mentioned on here once or twice. What type of pregnancy is this? Is this similar to a molar pregnancy?
    since July 1988!

    Thanks, Angela. That might be what happened to me this last time. I was only 5 weeks along and we couldn't detect a heartbeat at all on the scan. At first we couldn't even see the sac at all. But then it was definitely there. My pg symptoms were very strong early on though. I guess it could have been chromosomal problems with the baby with me being older.

    I heard a chemical pregnancy is when the pregnancy ends before AF is even due, so most people don't even know they were pregnant.

    We're expecting!!!! Baby "D" estimated due date is 10/24/11. Our 2nd wedding anniversary!!!!!

    I had a chemical preg in June. You bleed and miscarry before or about the time AF is due. I bled the day after AF was due and it was very heavy and crampy.
