Your coveline is the middlepoint between your high and low temps. Right after you ovulate, you should have 3 temps that are consecutivley higher than your temps before O. That is where your coverline is!
Well, your temps are low after AF...then after you ovulate, they go up to make a warmer environment for a baby to live in. I use Fertility Friend online to track my temps, and you can read all about it on there. I recommend it...It is free too.
