    Default After Miscarriage

    Hi All,

I haven't been on BTZ much lately since I had a miscarriage which started Friday 8th of Sept. I was two days off 5 weeks when it happened. The bleeding stopped about two days ago. I am still suffering extreme tiredness. I was wondering if this was normal? Have others been extremely tired after having miscarried? I am hoping I feel more energetic soon!

    Thanks.

I'm so sorry about your loss! How far along were you? With my miscarriage, my pregnancy symptoms didn't go away right away. It took about a week before my breasts were no longer sore and before the feeling of exhaustion went away. I hope you feel better soon.

I'm so sorry to hear of you loss. I haven't been on btz for quite awhile for that reason - it was difficult to come and visit btz when everything is about babies and pregnancy and I had just lost my baby. I was 9 weeks pregnant when I had my miscarriage, and I was in a lot of pain for about 3 days after. By one week, I had no more pregnancy symptoms (tiredness, sore breasts). I think it just takes a little bit for your hormones to get all squared away. So sorry again for your loss, I know exactly how it feels.

I am sorry to hear about your loss. This is the place to get support, as Vegas girl and I can attest to. I mc in June and I am still emotionally recovering, and physically it does take a while. I personally think that the tiredness is your body telling you to take it easy and rest while you recover. Hugs from here. Pm if you would like to chat.

So sorry to hear about your loss hun...We had a m/c 10 months ago, and I still have the sleepiness. It is normal to have it for a few weeks. But pay close attention to your body. After a while, if it does not go away, you might want to put a call in to the doctor to make sure he/she feels it is still okay. I ended up having PCOS, not saying you do/will. But pay close attention to what your body is telling you! All the huggs to ya for a speedy recovery

I am sorry for your miscarriage. When I had one at 5 weeks I was extremely weak and tired. The soreness in the boobs took a long time to go away. The dr said I was weak and tired from all the blood loss. Mine took awhile to go away as well. The bleeding lasts for awhile alot longer than I thought it would. You will get feeling better it just will take some time to have all the symptoms go away. I hope you feel better quickly hun!

I too just had a m/c.. I started bleeding on the 10th.. am done bleeding.. wasn't too far along.. even though I was dated at almost 8 weeks from AF.. nothing was developing.. I was probably about 3-4 weeks.. It takes awhile for my HCG levels to drop.. that is why I am still tired.. I am here for you if you need anything.. I'm sad but I think its easier the 2nd time around.. I can't wait till my AF so I can start trying again!

I've had several m/c and each time got a bit easier with the symptoms. The first time, my symptoms lasted for what seemed a lifetime. I bled for almost 3 months and was constantly tired.

I'm sorry for your loss hun. (((HUGS)))

I was a little tired. I brainwashed myself to believe that I just had a period so I think I was in another state of mind. Your hormones are getting back to normal and your body adjusting to getting back on track. I am sorry to hear about your loss. Don't stop trying...and I hope all gets better.
