I've read that you shouldn't get your body temperature over a certain point (can't remember what it is tho) as it's not good to get too hot. I've also read that you shouldn't get your heartbeat over 140 per min but I've read other things that contradict that. I'm not too sure. I've stopped running at the gym but still do walking, it's annoying cos if I don't get my heartrate up enough I feel like I'm wasting time.... Don't know if that helps at all but if you google 'pregnant exercise' you should be able to find some info.....
