Thread: Need a good prenatal Yoga DVD

I have one called yoga for pregnancy that i borrowed off my yoga instructer. It came in a package with a book. I have seen them at book shops don't know if you can get them outside australia. I am sure anything with prenatal or for pregnancy would be fine even if you haven't done yoga before

i reckon go to the classes....sounds more fun!
