hey my zone buddies,
i was wondering, i will be trying in the next few months to conceive and i have also started a keep fit class. i understand from different sources that excercise can increase your chances of getting pregnant and also to regularize your period. What do u guys think of that.

Exercise is good all around. And when you become pregnant, it will be really good so you don't end up gaining too much weight and it will be even easier to lose the weight after the baby is born. The exercise can also help with having had the toned muscles for when you deliver. I say go for the exercise. But, make sure you have lots of WATER!!!!! Dehydration can happen faster during pregnancy so make sure you always have some on hand.

I wish I had of done more exercising when i was pregnant i used to a lot before and now I feel so weak i can hardly do anything for that long especaily sit ups lol. I would totaly suggest exercising.
