As my doctor once said, when you're pregnant its like your body is on steroids. It packs everything on. That being said the best thing you can do is eat healthy while still making sure you get all of your daily calories and exercise in moderation. Go for walks, things like that. Just be careful not to over do it and don't rely on the scales too much but more on how you feel. Unfortunately weight gain is inevitable but the healthier your lifestyle the easier it'll be to lose after baby is born. I know, it sucks to see the numbers rise on the scale just remember its for a good cause![]()
