I walked as much as I could in PG and did a pilates work out in the mornings. It was a prenatal pilates video and I loved it. I started into some yoga later in PG too. Of course now that I have a newborn around the house, a full time job as well as an older sibling, exercise comes very few and far between!But I still walk a lot.
