hand ,foot and mouth?

Actually when we had this at our school I found some websites that said no risk and some said that there hasn't been sufficient testing, so I guess it depends on who you ask. Still, it isn't a very comfortable feeling when there is this kind of illness in the place where you work and you're pregnant!

id ring your midwife or the local midwife centre and ask what they recon, will put your mind at ease if they say its ok and iff not then at leats you can tell you boss what they said etc.

I would definitely check with your doctor. I had hand, foot, and mouth a couple of years ago (I was not pregnant). I can say that it was AWFUL!!! I had a few sores on my hands and feet but the worst was in my mouth. I could not eat or drink. It hurt so bad! I don't even know where I got it from. None of my children had it and DH did not get it. If there is a risk for you, I would definitely stay away!
