    Default I need some advice

    Hi my name is Cherl-Lynn and I just joined this site today. My husband and I are trying to get pegnant. We have found out that his sperm count is good but the mobility is a little low.

    We are using a fertility kit. What I would like to know is if anyone has any trickes or suggestions for us to try, before we try IVF.

    Hi, Cheryl-Lynn. to Baby Talk Zone!

    Sperm temperature can affect motility, so he can do a lot of things to help keep them cool such as taking cool showers, wearing loose underwear, not riding bikes, not workout out too hard, etc.

    He should also abstain from smoking cigarettes or marijuana.

    If his low motility is due to low production of ATP or AMP, then there are options for chemical treatment of the sperm your husband can speak with his doctor about.

    its the same for me and my boyfriend....he has ok sperm count but his mobilitie is not very good!

    Hello.. to ... I'm TTC as well so if i find any helpful tips i'll keep you posted.. i have been suggested prenatal vitamins so far.. You can get them at walmart..





    and praying for a !!!
