Thread: Please Answer ASAP

I have a question, but I am warning you that it may be gross for some people or some people may just not want to hear it, so i am warning you ahead of time.


I think I was pregnant. Just a few minutes ago when I went to urinate I noticed two clump-like things. They weren't perfectly rounded or anything, they looked a little odd. One was almost white, one was a little bit red.
Is there any chance that this is a miscarriage? I saw it and I can't stop wondering about that.
Or maybe, even, is it possible that I am pregnant and that is just some sort of discharge? I'm hoping thats what it is. Any ideas?

Anything is possible. Hopefully it is nothing. Since you had a positive pregnancy test before, I recommend you get to the doctor as soon as possible. If you have it, take the clump-like things with you. The doctor can tell by examining you if you actually had a miscarriage. Meanwhile, assume the doctor has prescribed bed rest until you get there.

Let us know how it goes at the doctor.

Ok. Thanks alot for the help. I don't have it, and I'm trying to stay calm just incase it wasn't actually a miscarriage and it was maybe a piece of the placenta or something (I read that it could be that too) but it's extremely hard. I'm so worried, but I will just do what you said, and HOPEFULLY get to the doctor tomorrow.

Take care of yourself. Try not to stress too much. If the doctor won't give you an appointment, do you have an acute care center you can go to? If you start bleeding or start having bad pains, you'll want to go to the emergency room.

Can you get to the doctors NOW? I am not trying to panic you, but I think you would feel better too if you could get some more information here. Also in case there is something wrong, waiting may make it worse.

You could try to go to a hospital's emergency centre, that's what I did the last time; don't worry about sounding silly or going overboard. The hospital staff are usually very understanding about mothers and their concerns. I had a scare when I was carrying, I called my doctor it was close to midnight at that time; and she sent me straight to the emergency room. Though it was nothing in the end, the baby was okay and all; but at least I found out that my blood pressure was high and endangering my baby. I took things easy after that.

Honestly, I can't get to the doctors quite yet. It's a long story, but yeah I can get to the doctors shortly after noon hour tomorrow, it's now 2:03 am (incase you are in a different time zone) so about ten hours and I can.

I just got back from the doctors, and just thought I would let you guys know what happened there.
Unfortunately, the worst was confirmed. It was a miscarriage, and it's super hard for me to take all of this right now, but I guess everything happens for a reason. Anyway, thanks alot to all of you for replying and helping.
