Thread: Well Wishes To Jennie & Others

Thanks for sharing Angie. I know there are probably a lot of upset people here today reading that. Myself included. But none more than Jennie. It's very hard to have see someone from this family of incredible women go through that and know there is really nothing we can do for her. We've been here with her from the beginning and at least for me had already felt attached to the twins.

Thanks for sharing a lovely little poem. If nothing else, she knows we care.

That is such a beautiful poem. I am in tears right now. It still hurts so much when I think of the 2 I lost but I know I will meet them one day just like the poem says.

Thanks Angie for the poem, I am sure that Jennie appreciates our understanding and support while she and her dh go through this difficult time. I know the pain of losing a baby and I pray that mine is as the poem says too.

Angie, thanks so much for that poem. It really touched hubby and I... I didn't even make it through 2 sentences before I started crying. That poem is really beautiful. I know our 3 angels are in Heaven looking down on us and I know I will see them again one day.

Im another that the poem made cry..i dont know the pain it brings to loose something so special and i can only offer my prayers and support.. when you meet your three little angels it will be so special,but dont forget there are some other little angels waiting to be yours and they will be. It must be really hard to be positive right now, but i believe ul make a great mum to a special little baby one day.. its just taking time x x x x

Wow, very emotional. I suggested to Elleth to make a new "ANGEL BABY" forum for all that have lost a baby or had a m/c. I think it would be great to get support of others that have been in their shoes. This poem will go great in there.

I can't believe how cruel life can be sometimes... I always believe things happen for a reason but then when I hear of such sad news like Jennie's I always question that belief!

Here's a poem I found a few months ago that I thought was really beautiful...

I am still his Mother

I am still his Mother
in a baby castle just beyond my eye
my baby plays with angel toys that money can not buy,
who am I to wish him back into this world of strife?
no, play on my baby, you have eternal life.
At night when all is silent and sleep forsakes my eyes
I'll hear his tiny footsteps come running to my side,
his tiny hands caress me so tenderly and sweet,
I'll breathe a prayer and close my eyes
and embrace him in my sleep.
I have a treasure I rate above all other
I have known true glory ~ I am still his Mother
