    Default Insomnia

    Ok, girls, what the heck!!!!! I seriously have sleeping issues and its starting to effect me and my moods. It takes me 4ever to fall asleep at night, which is sooooo not like me and I wake up @ 5 times at night for bathroom visits, which isn't abnoral either BUT I can't fall back asleep and if I do it takes me like 2 hours. I don't remember this with my other pregnancies. And to top it off, I have no sugar in my system that would be keeping me up. This morning I woke up at 3am to go to the bathroom and I didn't fall back asleep until @ 6:15am and by then I had to get up anyway .

    Right now my eyes are burning b/c I soo tired and my kids and DH are all out, I have the house to myself and i CAN'T seem to fall asleep. Will this last the whole rest of my pregnancy??? Anyone else going thru this too?

    OMG Mo! I'm right there w/ you! The last two nights I have had the same trouble!!! I get up at least twice to pee, and I can't get back to sleep! I went through this a few weeks ago too, but then had a good stretch of sleeping well again. I'm back to not being able to fall back asleep! The night before last I was having some pretty "noticeable" pains in my abdomen that kept me up until 11pm, (kinda freaked me out, but also kinda excited me!!)

    I don't remember having trouble sleeping w/ my first either. Are we getting older?

    Sorry girls that you are having tough nights, but I am here to join the club! Visits to the bathroom, hip pain etc have been keep me up too. This time it has been worse. I used to think it was your bodies way of preparing for when the baby came and getting up to feed in the night??? Who knows? One of the many joys of pregnancy! LOL

    Hey Mo,

    I'm not as far on as you but i'm having trouble with sleeping as well.....
    I wake up at least every hour but do manage to fall back to sleep straight away except for the other night, i went to bed around 1am then woke up at 3:45am, i tried for an hour to fall back to sleep but with no luck whatsoever..... So i paid an early visit to BTZ, LOL.....

    Kari, yes and I feel old! Well I am older than you anyway, but I feel about 100 years old right now. LOL With a big BUMP!

    Kari, did I miss your birthday? I remember your age registered as 31 for a long time and now you're 32? When was your birthday? What did you do? I hope you had a wonderful birthday!

    I am not pregnant but I am also having trouble sleeping at night!!! I get to sleep ok but then through out the night I toss an turn so much I have had cramping problems in the night lately!!! I wake in the morning so tired cause all I did all night was toss and turn!!

    Ok so the insomnia is attacking Preggy girls, TTC girls and probably the momma's too! So I think it is BTZ!! You need to start counting BTZ sheep in your head girls! It's the addiction! You've all got it so bad that you eat & sleep BTZ that you can't actually sleep in bed because your system is telling you to get up, go pee and get on BTZ!!!

    Princess, have you stopped bleeding hun? I know your pap is scheduled for Thursday and you'll be getting some much needed answers. Hun!

    I am just having some light brown now and she said she could do it if it was only light brown so I should be fine!!! I am really looking forward to the appt. The only part I am scared about is the possiblity of being diabetic!!! Thanks for asking!!

    Glad to hear the AF is coming to an end and you'll be able to get a check up on Thursday. Why do you fear Diabetes hun? Did they run tests for that too? Does it run in the family? I'm sure everything will be ok!
