Websites with childbirth advice???

I would love to attend antenatal classes, but the only thing that our hospital does is a tour of the maternity unit, and a 2 hour talk on the physiological process of childbirth and advice on pain relief, etc, no proper "classes", so theres no point going really, especially as it our second baby.
Just wondering if anyone knows any useful websites that give step by step advice on how to cope with pain, i.e breathing techniques, etc?
Really want Bea's birth to be a more positive experience than my previous, i really want to be able to cope better this time and not have an epidural.

Where I was the classes were done by the midwifes and it had nothing to do with the hospital at all. Maybe if you ask your midwife she can point you in the right direction? I'm sure there must be classes around you somewhere that you can attend. Don't know of any websited though, sorry.
