Thread: Good Book?

Has anyone read any really great books lately?? Im going through a reading phase and have run out of good books to read!! I go to the book shop but cant find anything I want to spend money on!
I have just finished SOLD by Zana Muhsen and MAOS LAST DANCER.
Both were FANTASTIC!!! and both true stories! Recommend them both, especially SOLD!
So if anyone has any suggestions would love to hear them!

What type of books do you like to read? Mysteries? Romance? I would highly recommend any of the Nicholas Sparks books if you like romance or more sappy stories. I read all the time, too, and right now am reading a book by Robin Cook. It's more of a suspense novel. Mary Higgins Clark is good for suspense. There is another book out there called "Three Wishes", but I'm sad to say I don't know the author's name. That was a great book. Several years old, but really good. Let me know what you come up with.

Hello. I love Nora Roberts. She is my favorite author. I agree that NIcholas Sparks is wonderful also. Right now I'm reading Time and Again by Nora Roberts. It is 2 books in one. It's wonderful!!!

Blue Dahlia and Black Rose are ones that I just finished. I think they are her new ones. They were great.

Well I must say Im into all books that are a good read. It took me a couple of years to read the whole Patricia Cornwell Books and I lOVED them!!! My MIL then gave me Martina cole ones, but couldnt get into them. I have also heard Nora Roberts books are good so might try those!!!
I must say, I couldnt put SOLD down and it read from start to finish in one day!! It was outrageous what this woman went through!

the Nora Roberts ones that I wrote about have the third one releasing on Nov. 29th. They are sooo good. I highly recommend them.

Nicholas Sparks wrote "Message in a Bottle" and "The Notebook" which were also movies. You may have seen them? Good stuff, but get the Kleenex ready - there will be tears!

One Amazing book that i read recently was called "The Time Travellers Wife" by Audrey Niffenegger

It was a bit out there to start with, but oce i got the idea i could not put it down!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! see if you can find that one?

I recently finished reading a Mary Higgins Clark book titled The Street Where You Live. I thought it was really good. Its a murder mystery. Very well written and I had difficulty putting it down.
