Well I met with a personal trainer today at my gym and she laid out a diet plan for me!! I am super excited to start my journey to a better healthier me!!

That's fantastic news....you can do it girl!! The best advice I can give you is to make sure you are keeping track of EVERYTHING that goes in your mouth. I hope your trainer is going to make you keep a food diary or online food tracker. You wouldn't believe how much we UNDERestimate the amount of calories we take in during the day. Oh, and also make sure you're exercising at least 4 days a week.....even if its just 30 minutes on the treadmill. You'll feel much, much better about yourself and it will give you even more motivation to lose the weight. Good luck girlie!!

Thank you girls!!! I am going to be keeping a food diary and I will also be journaling about it for my health class in college. I will be going 4-5 days per week and doing an hour of cardio each day and then my trainer will be adding my resistant training!! It was such an awesome feeling going shopping for all my healthy diet stuff!! Oh my trainer is also insulin resistant and has PCOS so she really understands all my problems which is extra helpful she has already suggested two supplements for me to buy!!

Good luck hun! Sounds like you have a nice plan to put into full swing!!! I still get excited over all the healthy food I buy, lol. I still track my food - not exact calorie per calorie but just an overview so it gives me an estimate and then I judge on my own from there but tracking really keeps me in line and I LOVE it. I record my exercise on a paper booklet and online too and it helps to stay accountable for all of it.
Believe in yourself - you CAN do it!!! Once you get that spark of motivation, hold onto it!
