125 g butter or margarine (1/2 cup)

Methods/steps
Beat butter and sugar together until creamy.
Add the egg and vanilla and beat.
Sift the flour and mix in. Grate the Mars Bar which has been hardened in the refrigerator. Stir into mixture.
Shape into balls and place onto greased trays. Press down lightly with a floured fork. Bake in a moderate oven for approximately 10 mins.

Additional Tips
*** To make regular choc chip cookies omit mars bar and just add 1 cup of choc chips to the recipe. You can also just use chopped bits of the Mars Bar if you don't want to grate it. Works out great.
