16 oz cocktail peanuts
2 packets splenda OR 1 tbsp sugar
Methods/steps
Put peanuts and sweetener in food processor. Run for four to five minutes until there is a thin slick layer of oil on top.
Additional Tips
For crunchy peanut butter, hold back a handful of peanuts and add them after it is done. Zap the processor a couple of times until you get the desired chunkiness.
