Butterscotch Pudding

This would have to be the best, easiest and most amazing butterscotch pudding! My childhood was this dessert!!

Ingredients

Pudding Mixture:
1 Cup SR flour
3/4 cup brown sugar
60g butter
1/2 cup milk
Sauce:
2 Tbspn golden syrup
1 1/2 cups hot water
30 g butter
1 Cup SR flour

Methods/steps
Sift sugar, SR flour into bowl.
Melt butter & add to flour mixture with milk. Combine thoroughly.
Place into well greased ovenproof dish.
Pour sauce mix on top.
Bake in mod. oven 30-40 min.
Additional Tips
You simply cant go wrong with this recipe!!! Great with thick cream or vanilla ice cream!!!!!
